Troubleshooting of the Tracker for

  • wrong time & date,
  • missing notifications like call alert, sms, etc..,
  • synchronization,
  • wrong information of the battery.

Steps To Retrieve The Connection Between Your Phone and Your Tracker.

 

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Follow the direction to Unbind the tracker
    • click “Device” in Veryfit 2.0 app installed on your device
    • scroll down, then press “Unbind” from the very bottom of the screen,
    • choose “Delete Device” option from the opened menu and click “Confirm”.
  2. Close Veryfit 2.0 app and remove from memory. NOTE: do NOT uninstall the app.
  3. Go to your iOS device Bluetooth settings and un-pair the device the name of which begins with YDY (may vary by the model) – this step is only for iOS.
  4. Turn off the Bluetooth of the iOS or Android device then restart it.
  5. After the restart turn on the Bluetooth back then open the Veryfit 2.0 app again.
  6. Click “Device” in Veryfit 2.0 app
  7. Click “Bind Device” from the very bottom of the screen to bind your Tracker back.

If the problem persists

  1. Click “Device” in Veryfit 2.0 app installed on your device
  2. Scroll down, then press “Unbind” from the very bottom of the screen,
  3. Choose “Delete Device” option from the opened menu and click “Confirm”.
  1. Uninstall Veryfit 2.0
  2. Go to your iOS device Bluetooth settings and un-pair the device the name of which begins with YDY (may vary by the model) – this step is only for iOS.
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth of the iOS or Android device then restart it.
  4. After the restart turn on the Bluetooth back then and re-install Veryfit 2.0 app.
  5. Setup your device using our tutorial.

How to Change Out of Military Time 

iPhones: 
1-Make sure you are connected to your tracker with Bluetooth (Bluetooth “B” is showing on your tracker)
2-Open your veryFit2.0 app and leave it open (you will have to go back in the app in step 6)
3-Go to your Phone Settings->General->Date&Time
4-Turn off “Set Automatically”
5-Turn on “24-Hour Time”
6-Go back to veryFit2.0 app and it will sync date&time
7-Go back to the Date&Time Settings in your phone
8-Turn off 24 hour time and turn on Set Automatically
9-Go back to the app and let it sync once again
10-This should put the tracker time into 12-hour format. If it is still in military time, in the app, go to User->System Setting->Restart Device->Confirm Reboot
Android phones:
1-Make sure you are connected to your tracker with Bluetooth (Bluetooth “B” is showing on your tracker)
2-Open your veryFit2.0 app and leave it open (you will have to go back in the app in step 7).
3-Go to your phone’s Settings, go to Date/Time page
4-Turn on “Automatic date&time”
5-Turn on “Automatic time zone”
6-Turn on “Use 24 hour format” and then turn it off.
7-Go back into the veryFit2.0 app and it will sync date&time
8-This should put the tracker time into 12-hour format. If it is still in military time, in the app, go to User->System Setting->Restart Device->Confirm Reboot

ATTENTION: Do not skip any of troubleshooting steps.

How to identify the defective Tracker?

If BlueWeigh device is defective it will hold the charge less than 24 hours, will not turn on after the activation steps. Please, feel free to contact us for replacement. Do not forget to include your ORDER ID.
